Montana Horse Works Policies

Appointment Policies-

POLICIES, FEES, NO SHOW, TRANSFERS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, Refusals

 

Policies-

 

TRANSFERS- Our packages, deposits, and gift certificates cannot be combined with other discounted offers BUT ARE transferable.

 

REFUNDS- We do not offer ANY CASH refunds for our Services, Classes, Packages, Gift Certificates, Boarding or online deals. 

 

Credits / Gift Cards / Packages- Must be utilized within one year of purchase date.

 

REFUSAL OF CLASS OR SERVICE -

*If at time of service the participant(s) choose to decline service due to an ailment or sickness deposits will not be refunded payment in full is required. 

* If participant(s) choose to quit or refuse activity early payment in full is required. 

 

Fee’s- 

Credit Card Fee- 3.5% 

 

Service Fee- 15% All groups 5+ will have a service charge. This is NOT a tip.

 

NO SHOW- 100% of the scheduled value.

Late clients will not receive any discounts or additional time.

 

Cancellations-  Services & Classes

 

SERVICES- 

24  hour notice for MOST services. Deposits, less 25%, may be refunded back to card OR can be moved to a different day/time within a year of original booking.

 

Classes / Groups-

Trail Rides, Family Vacationer, Camps, Clinics

 

Cancelations must have 2-week prior notice; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. 

 

*2 week prior to appointment, deposits, less 25%, may be refunded back to card OR can be moved to a different day/time within a year of original booking IF service is offered.
